FTT Soundsystem's Biography
FTT is a Dub SoundSystem offering about 3.2kW
- 2 Bass-bin Boxes (2 x 900w)
- 2 High mid Boxes (2 x 100w)
- 2 Low mid & High Boxes (2x 600w)
- 1 TA 1050 MK-X amp (for subs & low-mid & high boxes)
- 1 MEMOREX SA 350 amp (for high-mid boxes)
- 1 JB SYSTEM EQ 215 Stereo Equalizer/filter
- 1 YAMAHA MG 16/6FX Mixtable
- 1 YAMAHA PSR 740 Master Keyboard plugged in MIDI
- 1 AKAI LPD8 Midi Controller
- 1 STUDIO PROJECT B1 studio condenser microphone
- 1 Epiphone Dot 335
- 1 Hohner Melodica, 1 Hohner Accordion, 1 Meinl Cajon, Derbuka, Djembe, Shakers and other stuffs...
It's only composed of Vin's Ftt, Composer-Operator-Selector-Melodica-Vocal.
He often plays Roots Dub, Digital & Steppa.

Vin's Ftt
He works alone but, sometimes in collaboration with Singers; Mr Shammi, Bunnington Judah & Musicians; Adrien, Vivien.
All tracks are done with VSTs (controlled by MIDI : Keyboard Yamaha Psr 740 & Akai LPD8) and acoustic instruments on Cubase.
Vin's is actually 20 yo, and was plunged into the music since his very young childhood.
-In 1995, he started to learn the piano, with an amazing teatcher, Mr Pierre-Richard Deshays.
From this moment, he was always trying to play any instruments which he found, then he learnt everything those who pleased him :
Guitar, bass, drums, cajon, didgeridoo, percussions, melodica, accordion...
-In 2007, he began to sing, but that wasn't wonderful. Many months later, he met musicians who were looking for a singer for their rock band.
Ironic-Control was born. But that wasn't his style of music, so he decided to stop to sing into the band, and discovered reggae, but more exceptionally Dub music.
Then, he discovered too the SoundSystem culture.
His choice is done, he wanna to make Dub music.
So he began to buy amplifiers, filters, mixer, speakers to progressively build a sound system. Next to that, he also purchases equipment to build a recording studio.
-In 2010, he began to be a Real Estate Negotiator, to finance equipment and always make music.
-Actually, he is often working in his studio, to compose, record, and always inventing new tracks. He makes featuring with friends, musicians (for example trombone, singers etc...)
